To roast
1. Depending on menu,
select corrugated-plate
or deep-pan and pre-
heat.
• Set the temperature
control lever to the
position than indicates
the suitable tempera-
ture of your desire.
• The pilot lamp turns
on to indicate set tem-
perature is ready.
• Approximate temperatures:

• Start cooking when the pilot lamp turn on, indicating the pan has been heated to the
proper temperature.
<Example>
If the pan is set to 230 and the lamp will turn off on about 10 minutes.
• The pilot lamp may turn on and off during operation.
