1.10: Heart Rate

The heart rate sensor is placed at the central of back of your Smart
watch, make sure you well wear your Smart watch before using heart
rate function

Follow the steps :

Tap to check the history, it can save 20 histories in the Smart
watch

You can also measure your heart rate under pedometer function.
Please refer to explanation of Pedometer
1.11: Sport

Enter “Sport” to do fitness; it measures your distance, Calories, steps.
Choose options to set Height and weight.
Slide screen down to up to setting history, goal, gender, height, weight
etc.
