7.4 Changing the fluid needle
Removing the fluid needle
1. Clean automatic spray gun (

WARNING!
The closing piece ( Fig. 11/1) is under spring force!
Carefully unscrew the entire closing piece ( Fig. 11/1).
3. Remove the spring ( Fig. 11/2).
4. Take the entire valve shaft ( Fig. 11/3) out of the main element ( Fig. 11/4).

5. Loosen the nut ( Fig. 12/1) of the valve shaft pipe ( Fig. 12/4).
6. Remove the spring ( Fig. 12/2) and fluid needle ( Fig. 12/3) from the valve shaft pipe (
Fig. 12/4).
Fig. 13: Check the seals
7. Check the seals ( Fig. 13/1 to 6) for damage, replace if necessary.
