To activate this feature (see Activating Recording Feature on page 55 ).
To manage recordings (see Managing Meeting Recordings on page 56 ).
To record a meeting:
1. Click Features > Record .
The Record screen appears.
2. Click REC .
The meeting recording starts.
3. Click the REC button again to pause and resume the recording.
4. When you are ready to end the recording, click Stop .
The Save your Record screen appears.
5. Type a Session Name and Description for the recording.
6. Select the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to download a copy of this recording to
your device.
7. Click Save .
The recording is saved on the system or on the USB drive connected to VIA Campus² ,
VIA Campus² PLUS , depending on the settings selected by the administrator. To
access saved recordings from the system, (see Managing Meeting Recordings
on page 56 ).
Streaming a Meeting Session
VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS enables you to stream all activity on the main display
during a meeting to other VIA gateway units or computers.
VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS enables two types of streaming options:

Unicast Streaming on page 127 .
•
Multicast Streaming on page 130 .
Unicast Streaming
VIA Campus², VIA Campus² PLUS can stream all main display activity to the following types
of receivers:
•
Another VIA Unit.
•
Computer (Windows, Linux, Mac) which can run VLC player.
