Maintenance

Stop, remove plug from the power supply and
disconnect from water supply.
Note: To ensure long and reliable service, carry out
the following maintenance regularly.
Regularly check for obvious defects such as loose
fixings, and worn or damaged components.
Check that covers and guards are undamaged and
correctly fitted. Carry out necessary maintenance
or repairs before using. If the machine should hap-
pen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture
and testing, repair should be carried out by an au-
thorised customer service agent for Kraissmann
garden products.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, plea-
se always include the 10-digit article number given
on the type plate of the machine.
Transport
To move the pressure washer use the top handle
and roll the pressure washer on the wheels. To
transport the pressure washer up or down steps or
over obstacles, it must be lifted by the top handle.
After use/Storage
Clean the exterior of the machine thoroughly using
a soft brush or cloth. Do not use water, solvents or
polishes. Remove all debris, especially from the
ventilation slots. End of season storage: Drain wa-
ter out of pump running motor for a few seconds.
Pull trigger to release all water.
Do not place other objects on top of the machine.
Ensure cables are not trapped when storing. Do not
kink high pressure hose.
Environmental Protection
Chemicals dangerous to the environment must not
be allowed to enter the ground, ground water or
ponds, streams, etc.
For the use of cleaning agents, observe the inst-
ructions on the package and the prescribed con-
centration exactly.
For the cleaning of motor vehicles the local regula-
tions should be observed: Do not allow oil sprayed
off to enter into the ground water. Recycle raw ma
-
terials instead of waste disposal.
Disposal
The pressure washer, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environmental-friendly recy-
cling. Do not dispose of pressure washers into
household waste!
