Drill the first hole with a wood drill. Align the drill so that the outer diameter of
the drill tangents the circle from the inside. I used a 10mm wood drill here to
demonstrate the process.

Drill one hole after another.
The holes should be as close to each other as possible, but stay just inside the
60mm circle.
