C-520 TEST MODE
How to enter the TEST MODE, Confirmation of the click noise when power on
Pushing [PERFORMANCE] and [SPLIT] then turn power on. Confirm that big click noise is not heard when power on.
After "Self Test Select Mode" is displayed in the LCD, select one mode from following 3modes.
Push [PIANO 1];
Internal Insp External Inspection (Connect MIDI IN and MIDI OUT, loop connection)
Push [PIANO 2];
External Inspection (Inspection starts from LCD inspection)
Push [E.PIANO 1] Internal Insp External Inspection (without MIDILOOP and USB inspection)
Operation in the TEST MODE (without LED/SW inspection)
Push [+/YES]
step up within the item
Push [-/NO]
step down within the item
Push [EXIT]
proceed to the next item
Internal Inspection about PCB and internal system
Connect a cable or a jack to the headphone jack surely.

When some error is detected, the meaning of the error is displayed in the LCD.
When no error is detected, C-520 proceeds to the next external inspection.
When you skip the error and proceed to next, push [+/YES] .
External Inspection, about the operation system of panel.
1 LCD Inspection
Confirm the unevenness of the contrast by displaying of all dots and not displaying of all dots.

2 LED/SW Inspection
Confirmation of the operation and the display of the switches and LED
Confirm that only one LED in the inspection lights, and the brightness is even, no strange feeling,
push a switch then, the inspection proceeds to the next one by one.
