CONTROL PANEL
BEFORE USE:
- Remove all wrapping or plastic surrounding the appliance.
- When using your toaster for the first time, you may notice a slight burning odour or a little smoke.
This is normal: the protectant applied during manifacturing is burning off. This is why we recommended
that when you use the toaster for the first time, you don’t put any food in the bread slots and that you
make sure the room is well-ventilated. To begin, turn the temperature dial (C) to the highest darkness
setting.

USE
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and uncluttered surface.
2. Plug the power into the wall socket.
3. Insert a slice of bread into each bread slot.
4. Adjust the temperature dial (C) to the darkness setting appropriate for food type and thickness, and your
personal preference. The higher the number, the darker the toast.
5. Push down the control lever (A).
6. After a few minutes, the appliance will automatically stop toasting and the control lever will return to its
original position.
7. When you have finished using the toaster, unplug the power cord.
8. When the food pops up after toasting, remove carefully to avoid burns as the food may be hot.
