MODE OF USE
1. Pressure: When drilling, do not over-press the bit to accelerate drilling. The drill could be damaged, lowering
tool efficiency and lifespan.
2. Holes with large diameter: the larger the housing diameter, the greater the counterforce on the hands. Be ca-
reful not to lose control of the power tool. In order to have good control , stabilize yourself and firmly hold the drill
with both hands, keeping the spindle vertical with the drilling surface.
3. If you are drilling into a void, you may experience an uncontrolled, sudden forward movement that can cause
damage to the drill or drilled material.
4. Use with switches: By pressing the switch and locking key the drill will operate continuously. To switch off,
press the switch once.
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
1. Drill head checking. The use of damaged or worn bits diminishes the efficiency of the tool and causes an ver-
load of the motor. Always check the drill carefully.
2. Fixing screws. Always check the tightness of the screws.Tighten any loose screws.
3. Checking carbon brushes. Motor brushes suffer wear and tear, when the wear exceeds the maximum limit the
engine runs badly. Keep the brushes clean.
4. Manifold check. To ensure correct operation of the drill, it is necessary to clean and check the manifold. Pay
particular attention to cleaning if black traces are found on the manifold surface and the sparking increases. All
black traces must be removed.
5. Motor maintenance: the motor is the heart of the hammer drill. Before using a drill that has remained unused for
a long time, check if the resistance value is less than 5 mega-ohm; if so, carry out maintenance work by qualified
personnel.
