HOW TO USE THE IMMERSION BLENDER
The immersion blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces,
soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing foods and ma-
king milkshakes.
• Twist the blender shaft on the motor unit until it locks into its place.
• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
• Place the immersion blender in the mixing bowl. Then, choose speed
1 or speed 2 (turbo).
• After use, turn the device off and gently take away the blender from the
container.
• Remove the blender shaft from the motor unit after its use to clean it.
It is recommended to use the immersion blender in tall containers. For
better results, it is advisable to make circular movements inside the con-
tainer with the immersion blender to stir well the ingredients.
It is important to keep the steel blade completely immersed in the ingre-
dients to avoid splashing.
