tion on the console display. Check also the Safety Thether key is
firmly hooked up to your clothes.
2) Press the MODE button to select the desired training program (from
P1 to P8) by the SPEED + / - button.
NOTE: In order to be able to select your training session, it is im-
portat the running belt is stopped and none program has been
already selected. If the running belt is moving, press the STOP
button to slow down the speed of the belt untili t stops comple-
tely: then press the MODE button to select the desired training
session.
3) After having selected the desired training session, press again the
MODE button to select the workout duration: you can select it by pres-
sing the SPEED + / - buttons (max 30 minutes).
4) Press the START button to turn on the treadmill: the display will show
a 3-seconds-countdown, then the running bel twill start to move. At the
end of the training session, you will hear an acoustic signal and the belt
will gradually slow down until it stops completely.
5) During the workout session it will be possibile to adjust the belt speed
by the SPEED + / - buttons (max 10 km / h).
6) During the workout session you will be able to keep track of all records
(speed, time, calories burned, distance covered). By pressing once the
MODE button, the AUTOMATIC SCAN will be activated: every 5 se-
conds, it will automatically alternate all abovementioned parameters; by
pressing again, it will be possibile to select the specific parameter you
desire to display during your training session.
7) To stop the workout session, you can press the STOP button, at any
moment you want: the speed will immediately decrease and the bel twill
slow down until stopping.
8) If, for any reason, the Safety Thether Key is pulled out, an emergency
screen will be showed on the display and the treadmill will stop imme-
diately.
