2.6 Power Consumption
In order to ensure safe operation of the board, the ATX12V power supply must monitor the supply voltage
and shut down if the supplies are out of range – refer to the hardware manual for the actual power supply
specification.
The KTGM45/Flex board is powered through the ATX/BTX connector and ATX+12V connector. Both
connectors must be used in according to the ATX12V PSU standard.
Optionally 12V power supply unit can be used via ATX+12V connector when power requirements for
add-on boards are limited (one full loading PCI/PCIe add-on board).
The requirements to the supply voltages are as follows:
