When using a 2.16 backplane, J7 is removed.
J16 is populated with PATA HDD option
J21 is populated with SATA HDD option
J17 and J18 are populated with SCSI option
- If a CompactFlash is present you can connect one device to J14* or a disk to J16.
- If a disk is connected to J16, you can connect a CompacFlash or one device on J14*.
- If no device are connected to J6 and J16, you can connect two devices on J14.
* You need to use a cable with PDIAG connected.
