1. Package contents
- TV Card Player
- Remote control
- Manual
- Power adapter
- A/V cable
2. Hardware installation
Connect the power adapter to the DC input of the TV Card Player. When
the power adapter is plugged into the wall socket, the red light on the TV
Card Player will burn.
Take the supplied A/V cable and plug the small yellow connector in the
Video jack, and the black connector in the Audio jack. Use the connectors
on the other end of the cable to plug into your A/V jack of your TV. The
yellow is for video signals, the red and white are the audio connectors.
When the TV Card Player is switched on, the menu will show and you can
browse the content of your memory card, USB stick or other supported
device.
Please note: the device can play MP3, WMA, JPG and DivX 4.0 media files.
However, DivX files can only be played properly via memory card. Playing
DivX files through a USB stick or card reader may result in the movie not
displaying properly.
3. Menu operation
The menu shows the root directory on the left side, the subdirectory and
files are shown on the righ side. Press the SHIFT button to change the
function (play MP3/WMA, play JPEG or play DivX movie). When playing
MP3/WMA you can highlight the song you want to play or use numeric keys
to select e.g. song 33 (press “3” button twice to go to song number 33). You
can also use the up or down arrows to highlight the file you want to use.
The lower part of the menu screen shows which function is active (music,
photo or movies). Pressing the SHIFT button will change the status of this
button (highlight it).
