and plug the adapter into the
nearest mains socket

mains power adapter next
to your PC and connect the
Ethernet ports

* Standby mode:
This mode is the energy saving mode that complies with EuP standards.
The homeplug will automatically enable standby mode when there is no
Ethernet activity.
