Advanced Operations

To Change Password/Close Mailbox

Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.

Input speed access no. 04, wait.

Enter the number of the personal mailbox to be modified/close, press Enter.

Tip: If the message “Illegal Operation” is displayed during either process, the mail-

box selected contains one or more messages and must be emptied before changes to

the mailbox can be made.

Printing Confidential Faxes

Each time the machine receives a confidential fax it will print a Confidential Recep-

tion Report automatically which lists the mailbox number(s) that received fax(es).

To Print Confidential Messages

Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.

Press

 to select Print from Memory, press Enter or   .

Press

 to select Print Personal Box, press Enter or  .

Input personal mailbox number (1-16) holding message, press Enter.

Input 4-digit password for mailbox, press Enter.

Message will be printed, and machine will return to standby.

Tips:

1) If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, “No Data in Memory” will be

displayed.

2) If wanting to delete message without printing, when “Box No. =XX (Conf) Print-

ing” is displayed, press Stop.  “Print Personal Box Memory Cancel?” will be dis-

played. Press Enter  and memory will be canceled without printing.
