To remove the document...

Open the scanner cover.
Remove the original document.

If you cannot remove it, go to step 2.
Otherwise, skip to step 3.

Open the inner cover.
Remove the original document.

Make sure both sides are
snapped down securely.

If the document has become wrinkled or
torn, do not re-send it.

Gently close the scanner cover.
