4 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Set-up instructions - Z455H
To set-up the implement proceed as follows:
1. Swing the main bracket with the support wheel to the
three-point headstock.
2. Change over the main bracket (1) with support wheels
from the transport/shipping position (2) to the working
position (2) . Use the available screws.

3. Place the implement onto wheels.
4. Swing the implement with the pallet to the rear onto
both center wheels.
5. Lift the implement at the headstock. Use a suitable
lifting device.
6. Remove the wires from the pallet.
7. Position the left-hand side and the right-hand side
support legs.
8. Lower the implement.
9. Connect the implement to the tractor.
10. Lift the implement.
11. Connect the hydraulic hoses of the implement to the
tractor hydraulic system.
12. Check that the unlocking device works properly.
13. Install the protective guard and the reflectors. See
Page 4-5 .
14. Install the rotor arms. See Page 4-4 .
Set-up instructions - Z555H
To set-up the implement proceed as follows:
1. Swing the main bracket with the support wheel to the
three-point headstock.
2. Move back the nut (4) of the spindle bolt until you can
install the right-hand side nut (5) without further cor-
rection of the setting.
3. Torque the nut (4) of the spindle bolt and install the
safety plate.
