Designer module User interface

Designer module Top bar description

The top bar is located on the top of the Designer module presentation and stretches from
the far left to the far right side. The top bar presents some buttons for key functions
related to the Designer module, such as adding or removing gauges.

A

Logo and product name

This information identifies the brand and the product. The name of the module
is also shown.

B

Name

This name will help you identify the current view you are creating. By default, the

Designer

module gives a new name to any view you are creating. You can give a

different name to the view you are creating.

C

Rescale buttons

You can increase or decrease the size of all the gauges in your view at the same
time, keeping their arrangement. Rescaling is very useful when importing views
from 16:9 full screen to 16:9 quarter, or vice versa.

D

Add button

The

Add

button opens the

Gauges

dialog box. You can add as many gauges as you

may need to your active view. The gauges will help you identify visually the data
received from different sensors.

E

Save button

Select

Save

to save the current view with the existing name. The saved view will

appear in the list of available views.

F

Save As button

Select

Save As

to save the current view with a name of your choice. The saved view

will appear in the list of available views.

G

Remove button

Select

Remove

to delete a chosen gauge from your active view. You will not be

asked for confirmation.
