3.8. The steamtuner function

In 

COMBI

 mode, select the setting of mois-

ture percentage during cooking (

) and select the desired degree turning 

the dial 

clockwise to increase the value 

and counterclockwise to decrease it.

or the dis-

The moisture level can be set gradually, by 

5% (0-5-10-15-20%..).

In 

STEAM

 cooking mode, it is possible to 

operate the 

steam tuner 

 control (

S4 - fig. 

24

).

The selector in middle position indicates the 

average adjustment of steam hydration. The 

quality of the steam inroduced inside the 

cooking chamber can be adjusted by pressing 

keys.

, depending on the type of cooking 

desired. 

The sign

 indicates a dryer and soft steam 

suitable  for  baking  pastries,  fish  or  leafy 

greens.

The sign 

indicates a concentrate steam 

suitable for cooking food with particularly hard 

fibre: for example potatoes or carrots.

The 

steam-tuner

 does not modify the amount 

of steam inside the cooking chamber, that 

remains at 100% at all times.
