3] Use tool N2 to remove piston assem-
bly (4).

When not using tool N2 , use the
drill holes (
φ
10 at 4 locations) to
loosen the piston assembly.
4] Remove plunger.

5] Remove collar (6).

6] Remove head assembly (7).
7] Remove cap (8), pull 12 balls (9) and
then remove plunger (10).

2. Disassembly of piston assembly
1) Remove ring (11).
2) Remove wear ring (12).
3) Remove piston ring (13).
4) Remove O-ring and backup ring (14).
3. Disassembly of cylinder head assembly
1) Remove O-ring and backup ring (15).
2) Remove snap ring (16) and then remove
dust seal (17).
3) Remove rod packing (18).
4) Remove buffer ring (19).
5) Remove busing (20).
