STEP 5: Adjusting the Cage Height
Place R242 Bracket on the outside of
R240 Chrome Upright so the holes line up.
Insert two M5 Screws. Repeat with the
other Bracket and Chrome Upright.
Attach the R241 Crossbar to one of the R240 Chrome
Uprights by lining up the inserted screws with the holes
of the crossbar. Secure with M5 lock nuts. Repeat this
step on the other end of the crossbar.
Insert the H-shaped frame into the base.
Attach a R128 Wire Opener Bracket to the
outside top of a R240 Chrome Upright by
lining up the holes and securing with two M6
screws and lock nuts. Repeat this step with
the other bracket and chrome upright.
Insert a R140 Wire Opener Inner
Shield into an R128 Wire Opener
Bracket. It will snap into place.
Spread the ends of the R129 Wire Opener
and insert into the holes of the R128 Wire
Opener Bracket so it points inwards.
The Cage can be set to 5 different heights corresponding to the holes on the inside of
the R249 Upright. Using the R241 Crossbar, raise the cage to the desired height and
line the hole on the R240 Chrome Upright to the corresponding hole on the R249
Upright. Secure with an R246 Thumb Screw and R247 Washer on both uprights.
Align the holes on the ends of the cage with
the cage holder and squeeze into place.
