USING WHISK
Use for light mixtures such as egg whites, cream, evaporated
milk and for whisking eggs and sugar.
1.
Follow the diagram flow for step by step assembly.
2.
Ensure the Beaters are well inserted into Mixer Body Unit
before operation.
3.
To keep the best processing result: use the Max. speed.
WARNING
: Heavier mixtures such as fat and flour will damage the item.
WARNING: Do not use the machine for more than 10 minutes at a time. Allow the motor
to cool down for at least 30 minutes before the next operation.
WARNING: For best performance, add 3-4 eggs white each time.

Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream,
whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
1.
Please do not use to prepare cake mixtures with butter or
margarine or to knead dough.
2.
For egg white whisking, please use room temperature
eggs. Please ensure the bowl and emulsifying disc is dry
and free from grease.
3.
Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
4.
