4. Secure the Unit
Position the unit over the stud pocket.
Thread a fastener (provided) 1
″
(25 mm) into the mounting hole at the top right corner.
Level the unit, then thread a fastener 1
″
(25 mm) through the mounting hole at the top left corner.
Alternating from side to side, as shown, partially thread fasteners through the remaining mounting
holes.
CAUTION: Risk of product damage.
To avoid cracking the acrylic, do not overtighten the fasteners.
Fully tighten the fasteners, starting at the top and alternating from side to side.
Using 100% silicone sealant, fill in the groove between the attachment flange and the wall material
around the perimeter of the unit. If needed, use a putty knife to press the silicone sealant into the
gap. Wipe off any excess sealant.
Allow the sealant to cure before proceeding.
