Reassembly

since spilled fuel could ignite if it comes in contact with hot
parts or sparks from ignition. Do not start the engine near
spilled fuel. Never use gasoline as a cleaning agent.

1. Install the li

fuel pump and lines as an assembly.

hose to the inlet barb of the li

fuel pump

and secure with a spring clamp. The in-line
10 micron EFI paper fuel

lter and hose must

be connected to the outlet barb of the li

fuel

pump and secured with a spring clamp. See
Figure 10-75.

4. Install the fuel pump module ba
