Remove the Old Blower
NOTE: Use this service kit to replace your blower.
IMPORTANT! Refer to the illustrations above and identify the blower style you are replacing.
Verify power to the unit is turned off.
Disconnect the blower power cable from the control assembly.
Remove the screws securing the blower to the control assembly.
Blower with Black Housing
Detach the junction box from the control assembly.
Remove and retain the screw from the tee assembly.
Disconnect the blower from the tee assembly and discard the blower.
Blower with Grey Housing
Loosen the blower union nut.
Disconnect the blower and discard.
Retain
screw.
