The WASHERS prevent the PRESSURE BOLTS from pressing excessively on the CASSETTE and causing the
MOTOR to stall.

E-RING lift from each WASHER.

Note

If the CASSETTE lifts from the BELT, adjust the CASSETTE SUPPORT. See the SERVICE MANUAL.
