Monthly maintenance
procedures
Maintenance procedures that should be performed monthly include
cleaning the film cassette(s) and air filter.
Cleaning the film
cassette(s)
Follow the procedures below to clean the film cassette(s):
1. Remove the film cassette top cover.
Idler roller
Guide roller
Film drive
roller
2. Examine the inside of the empty film cassette(s) and remove any
dust or foreign particles using a soft bristle brush or vacuum
cleaner.
3. Carefully wipe the guide roller, film drive roller and idler roller with a
clean, dry, lint-free cloth.
4. Replace the film cassette top cover.
