Customizing tasks

If you want to customize your tasks and function numbers, follow these 
procedures. For detailed information about the options on the Smart 
Touch configuration window, see the section entitled, “Configuration 
window”.

1. Click on the 

Scanner

 icon on the system tray.

2. Select 

Configure

.

The Configuration window will be displayed. 

3. Select the Task shortcut you want to configure from the 

Task 

shortcut

 drop-down list.

• If you want to rename the Task Shortcut, click 

Rename

. When 

the Rename Shortcut dialog box is displayed, enter the new 
name for the shortcut in the 

Name

 field and click 

OK

.
