[1] From the Kodak Partner site, download the software and firmware files from

Kodak EasyShare C643_C603_ ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA_Software_and_Firmware.

[2] Right-click the “C643_C603_Software_Firmware.zip” file.

[3] Select WinZip>Extract to here.

[4] Open the folder

“C643_C603_Software_Firmware”.

[5] Open the folder “Service_Software”.

[6] Open the folder “Vista for Service V4.1.0.7”.
