Problems solving
I did not receive a verification code
Please check whether the message on you email box did not go into „SPAM” folder. If you still cannot
find the message, we recommend to use SMS confirmation.
The device cannot be found
Please make sure whether the network you’re trying to connect can operate with Wi
-Fi signal 2,4GHz.
Check whether the device added is not offline. Then, please remove it from device list in advanced
options of a device. We recommend choosing other ways of device confirguration. Make sure that
phone and device are close enough while configuration.
The device stops blinking but app is not finding it.
We recommend to restart the device and configure it again.
Imagine in camera jams
Please check whether the device was placed in spot with good Wi-Fi access. It can be performed via
app analyzing Wi-Fi networks. In that situation, the solution may be better quality router which will
provide proper range.
I don’t want notifications
Not
ifications can be tunred off in advanced options and tab „Alarm switch” in camera panel.

Sharing a device
In order to share the device, please enter its advanced options and tab „Deviced shared”, then „Add a
device”. Next, enter number/email address of a
person to who you want to share a device

Playing the recordings mode offers a possibility of choosing a day and mode of up-to-date time of
recording playing. In order to increase or reduce time range, please use two fingers and make a
movement on timeline in the direction of screen outer edges. If you want to increase time range,
please make a movement inside.
One properly set camera can be connected to one app account.
If you want to share a camera with different user, please press advanced options, then „device sharing”
and follow the steps shown on screen.
In accordance to European Directive 2012/19/EU regarding electrical and electronic equipment, the WEEE label
indicates the need of separate collection of used out electrical and electronic equipment. Products with such label,
under penalty of fine, can not be thrown into ordinary garbage together with other wastes. These products may
be harmful to the natural environment and human health, it requires a special form of treatment / recovery /
recycling / disposal. You can find out about the utilization possibilities of a worn out device in the appropriate city
or commune office.
