Quarterly (4 times per year)
o
Visually inspect wire and cable insulation for splits or damage.
o
Ensure there is no visible corrosion on the unit.

Biennially (Once every 2 years)
o
Lubricate the detent track
o
Lubricate the gear teeth
o
Confirm all electrical screw terminals are secured.

UBRICATION
The track the detent runs along on the detent plate must be lubricated to prevent premature
wear. Use a grease with MoS
2
additives for best results. The following greases are approved:
