There are 2 control levels of device remote control
– Basic and Advanced (it
requires PRO license).
As a common condition, controlled devices must have Remote control
enabled (in Monitoring / Remote control / Proxy ) and properly configured
(either keep “default” value or define own ftp server – this must be in
accordance with FrameXX account settings).
1. Button that sends current settings to the device. This button is
placed in 2 locations ( top, bottom) and has identical functionality
