OPERATING INSTRUCTION
This KOBE hood is equipped with a four-button control panel with LED lights, one powerful
centrifugal squirrel cage with stainless steel filter, two bright 12-volt 20-watt halogen lights, and
one oil container.
The four control buttons are Power Control (On/Off), Speed Control (Low & High Speed), and
Light Control. Refer to Figure 12.

Turn On:
(All buttons operate independently)
- Press Power Control (On/Off) to turn on to the prior selected speed or on/off of
halogen lights.
- Select the desire speed from the Speed Control button.
- Press Light Control button to turn halogen light on.
Turn Off:
- Press Power Control (On/Off) button to shut down all power immediately.
- Press Light Control to turn halogen light off.
- Press Speed Control to turn the speed off.
