A. Checking Laser Line Alignment

Ɣ 8VHDFRPELQDWLRQVTXDUHWRPDUNDDQJOH
running across the top and down the front of
a board. This line will serve as the pattern line
(Fig. 27) to adjust the laser. Place the board on
the saw table.
Ɣ &DUHIXOO\ORZHUWKHVDZKHDGGRZQWRDOLJQWKH
saw blade with the pattern line. Position the saw
blade to the right side of the “pattern line” for
the laser line location. Lock board in place with
hold-down clamp.

guide. The laser line is parallel to the “pattern
line.”
NOTE:
Laser line is calibrated and set up to
project to the left of the blade.
When making laser line adjustments, keep

Slide the cutting head forward enough so that
the laser line is visible on the front of the board.
