ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tighten female plug (not included)
2. Determine proper Air Cap (C or K) for current
project.

air tight connection (See Figure 1).

NOTE:
As an option, you can connect an Air Pressure
Regulator to the bottom of the spray gun and then
attach the female plug to the bottom of the air
pressure regulator.

Internal Mix - Generally used with slow drying, heavy
bodied latex paints and for faster material application.
NOT to be used with fast drying latex paints which will
clog the opening in the air cap. Internal mix caps must
be used with pressure feed operation.
External Mix - Used for quick drying, light bodied latex
paints. Better for fine finish work. These caps can be
used with either siphon or pressure feed.

3. Attach the Air Cap (C or K) with Air Cap
Ring (H or K) to front of gun by turning it
clockwise.
