– Läuft die Achse frei in der Bohrung der

– Läuft die Achse frei und es ist kein Schleif-
geräusch hörbar, wird die Ursache am Lager
zu suchen sein.

baugruppe und lassen dabei die Drehscheibe
rotieren. Die Pyramide dreht sich wieder normal
und wird wieder abgebremst, wenn Sie den
Druck beenden. Ursache ist ein leichtes Verzie-
hen des Holzes – ein ganz natürlicher Vorgang.
Befindet sich die Achse dicht am Innenrand
der Bohrung im Zentrum der Pyramide (Berg)
bzw. ist ein Schleifen erkennbar, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:
– Dieses Zentrum ist mittels vier Schrauben (A)
an der Pyramidendeckplatte festgeschraubt.
– In der Bohrung des Zentrums (d=35mm)
dreht sich die Achse, die in der Mitte der
Grundplatte durch die Lagermulde und oben
durch das Zentrierungslager fixiert ist.
– Kommt es wie oben beschrieben zu mass-
lichen Veränderungen, kann sich das Zentrum
in eine beliebige Richtung horizontal ver-
schieben.
– Ursache ist ein leichtes Verziehen des Holzes
– ein ganz natürlicher Vorgang.
Als Folge dessen kommt es zur Reibung
zwischen Achse und Innenwand der Bohrung.
Die Pyramide wird gebremst und es kommt zum
Stillstand.
