Adjustments and Calibration
Access the speed adjustment potentiometer
through the side opening.
To set the minimum speed:
1. Set the input (the controller’s output) to 1 VDC or
disconnect the input.
2. The fan speed controller output must be wired in
series with the fan motor with power applied.
3. Adjust the potentiometer to the desired minimum
speed.
CAUTION!
The fan speed controller will allow the fan motor to
stall. Maximum current occurs at less than full fan
speed. Do not set the minimum speed at less than
1/2 full synchronous speed. Do not exceed the given
current rating at any speed.
Maintenance
No routine maintenance is required. Each
component is designed for dependable, long term
reliability and performance.
