8.3.2 Knife setting

The knife setting is adjusted outside the machine in the supplied knife jig.

Adjust knives as follows:

- Set knife with adjusting pieces in knife jig as shown.

- Loosen set screws in adjusting pieces.

- Move adjusting pieces against stop.

- Tighten set screw in adjusting pieces.

- Remove knife from jig.
