KLIPPAN DINOFIX INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Rear-faced with ISOFIX attachement 0-13 kg C (1-19)
1 If you find it difficult to get at the ISOFIX mounts, use the ISOFIX guides.
2 Fold down the support leg; make sure the indicator for locking is all green.
3 Press the ISOFIX adjustment button, at the same time push outwards the ISOFIX
lockers.
4 Press the ISOFIX lockers against the car’s ISOFIX fasteners until you hear a click when
the latch gets locked.
5 Make sure that the indicator is green on both sides. This ensures that the base is
properly locked.
6 Push the base onto the car seats backrest, the black frame must be tight to the
backrest.
7 Adjust the height of the supporting leg by pulling out the red button.

ADJUSTMENT OF INTERNAL BELT HEIGHT
Pull out the internal belt to their full extent according to point 10.
Release the shoulder belt pipe from the back of the seat, move the pipe to the new
height and replace the pipe, push one end of the pipe into the mount and then press
the other end of pipe into the other mount.
POSITION THE CHILD INTO THE SEAT
10 Lift the button (A) in order to pull the shoulder belts (B) as far out as possible.
11-12 Open the belts by pressing the red push-button (C) and put the belts aside (D). Fold
forward the crotch strap with the buckle and its padding (E).
13 Place the child in the seat with the crotch strap between the child’s legs (F).
14-15 Put the straps’ locking clasps together (G), and then click them into the buckle (H).
16 Tension the child seat’s belt by pulling the strap (I).

FITTING THE SEAT
Install the Dinofix seat to the base so the foremost fastening pipe of the seat fits into
the fastening point farther behind on the base. At the same time pull the seat forward
at which time the larger locking-indicator becomes green. When the red indicator is no
longer shown the seat is properly attached to the base.
