The Buttons On the Remote control
TV Function Buttons
TV Press to put the remote in the TV mode.
Mute Lowers the volume to its minimum level. Press again to restore
volume.
POWER Turns the TV on and off.
VOL. (left and right) buttons Decrease or increase the TVs volume.
PROG. (up and down) buttons Scan up or down through the cur-
rent channel list. Press once to change the channel up or down; press and
hold to continue changing channels.
Go Back Returns you to the previous channel. If the user is in the menu
system, Go Back will take the user to the previous menu screen.
CLEAR Remove any menu or display from the screen and returns you
to TV reviewing. For menu with digit inputs, pressing CLEAR button will
clear the last number entered.
MENU Displays the TV

s Main menu. When a menu is on the screen,
press MENU to toggle the item that is highlighted.
SLEEP Sets sleep timer(see page 12)
PIC. Displays picture presets.
SKIP

feature. Pressing this button twice will begin channel
scan, pressing it again will stop at current channel.
CC Turns on or turns off the closed caption.
INFO Displays channel information.
0-9 (Number buttons) Enter channel numbers and time settings di-
rectly through the remote control. To enter a two-digit channel, press the
two digits. To enter a three-digit channel, press and hold the first digit for
two seconds until two dashes appear to the right of the number, then add
the second two. Example: to tune a channel 123, press and hold 1 for two
seconds, then press 2, then press 3.
INPUT Toggles the set between available AV inputs and RF(antenna)
input.
Other buttons: Buttons that are on the remote control, but which are not
referenced on above list, are not available for TV function.
