Preparation of the instrument
To make the instrument usable for walking test you have to do :
Measuring process
For measuring the maximum values following those steps:
The unit is now ready for operation
wait 2 Seconds to select MAX-Mode
press «function/on» multiple until «MAX-Mode» displayed»
Press and hold Button «function/on» (2) until «change cm» displayed
Switch on EFM 023 and wait until«Dist = 2cm» displayed
Connect CPS socket to ground
connect Hand electrode with Silicon cable to the measure input
screw theVoltage measuring head (5) on the spacers
replace the two spacers 20mm with metal spacer (4) 28mm
Mount the EFM 023 into the CPS-Socket
To start a new measure go to step one
Press «function/on» briefly to stop the maximum display
In the lower line the actually measure value displayed
In the upper line the maximum pos. and neg. value displayed
Take the hand electrode in you hand and start walking
Press «function/on» briefly to reset the maximum values
