IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•
The change from one step to the next is performed by pressing the
START
button. It is
therefore possible to skip one or more steps (except those where level control is
necessary).
•
It is possible to disconnect the appliance during test, in order to check the faulty circuit,
and then to connect it again and continue the test.
•
To cancel the test, the
START
button must be kept pressed down for more than 2
seconds.

ACCESS TO TEST PROGRAM
Press
START
5 times within 5 seconds.
All segments of display are lit.
Press
START
again, all LED’s light up alternately. The left 2 digits indicate ‘01’. The right 2
digits indicate ‘02’.

CHECK OF BUTTONS
Press
START
button. The left 2 digits indicate ‘02’.
Pressing each button makes the related LED come on or go off.
DELAYED END
button lights
TIME
LED momentarily.
END TIME
LED does not illuminate.
Note. Pressing the
START
Button causes test to advance to next step.

CHECK OF THERMISTOR AND TURBIDIMETER
Press
START
button. The left 2 digits indicate ‘03’.
After 3 seconds if a fault exists either fault code will be displayed in the right 3 digits.

Thermistor fault – (valve out of range)
‘d06’
Turbidimeter fault (valve out of range)
Note. If no faults,
END TIME
and
TIME
LED’s will illuminate.

CHECK OF COMPONENTS
Press
START
button. The left 2 digits indicate ‘04’.
Note. If there is no communication between display board and power board, then all LED’s go
off and it is impossible to continue. Check the link between the two boards.
