16. DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE

Disposal of the equipment inside the KLICK devices must absolutely comply with regulations of the country in which

the devices are used. KLAXON is not liable for use that is not in accordance with specific regulations in force.

Recycling of Li-Ion batteries depend from National regulation, ask to your Klaxon Dealer to know your Country rules.

17. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The warranty period is 24 months for the traction device and 12 months for the batteries, starting from the delivery date of the device.
Natural wear and tear of parts is not covered by the warranty, except for improper wear due to a manufacturing defect.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, KLAXON will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages caused by negligence, careless use and maintenance, tampering or incorrect maintenance

or by unauthorised persons, or for failure to follow the instructions for use set out in this Manual.

18. ADDENDUM

This manual is an addendum to the original “KLICK electric series Manual - rev.6.3 of 25.05.2020” supplied together with this document.
