1. General

Before starting to use the tool please read the instruction manual carefully.

3. Operation
To open the crimping tool press handles. Insert the connecting material into the proper
crimping profile and close the crimping tool completely.
The crimping tool incorporates a ratchet mechanism which releases only after a full
crimping cycle is completed.
In case of a wrong insertion of the connecting material the ratchet mechanism can be
released by actuating the ratchet pawl (Pos. 1).
Attention
Do not use on live electrical circuits.
Before starting to crimp please make sure that all parts involved in the crimping process
are not energised.
4. Maintenance
The crimping tool has to be cleaned regularly and the bolt joints and ratchet mechanism
have to be oiled regularly.
