START-UP AND OPERATION

Before the first operation

Remove the packaging and clean the grill plate, the fat pan and the lid completely.

Operation

1  Connect the device to the power supply.
2 

Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature. (The unit usually takes 3 
minutes to heat up.)

3  The temperature indicator lamp will turn off when the desired temperature is 

reached.

4  Place the food on the grill plate.

Cooking times

The table shows the recommended cooking times. However, the actual cooking time 
varies depending on the size and weight of the food and also depends on whether you 
are grilling with or without a lid.
