ON/OFF Button
Plug the Soup Maker into the mains outlet, the power button (on/off) will flash. *The Soup Maker
will revert back to dormant if without operation after 3 minutes with the on/off button flashing. Any
settings entered will be cancelled.
Pre-set Functions
In Cold
•
Stir:
Push the knob to stir setting to mix the food . Then blades will turn all the time you choose
this setting. Stir function can be used to crush ice, making delicious smoothies.
•
Blend:
Blending function, can stir manually 3 Speeds with stir function. Mixing time suggested to
be less than 3 minutes at a time.
In Hot
•
Smooth:
Press the “SMOOTH” button to prepare a smooth soup. The preset time is 25minutes.
•
Chunky:
Press the “CHUNKY” button to prepare a thick or dense soup. The preset time is 28 mi
-
nutes.
•
NOTE
: To avoid the soup overflowing, avoid cooking more than 1700 ml of cold juice and 1400 ml
of hot soup.
Setting the HEAT button in three grades
HIGH (100°C):
Press HEAT button for one time, Choose High temperature function 100°C, the button will flash, then
press the ON/OFF button to enter program. Heating: Full power heated. Required water temperature
is maintained at 100°C (+/-2°C), the program will vary depending on the actual temperature rise of
independent heating. Pre-set Cooking time:30 minutes; Finish indicator The corresponding indicator
light flashing, and beeps 4 times. Return to function select.
MEDIUM (80°C):
Press HEAT button for two times, Choose High temperature function 80°C, the button will flash, then
press the ON/OFF button to enter program. Heating: Full power heated. Required water temperature
is maintained at 80°C (+/-2°C), the program will vary depending on the actual temperature rise of
independent heating. Pre-set Cooking time:30 minutes; Finish indicator The corresponding indicator
light flashing, and beeps 4 times. Return to function select.
LOW (60°C):
Press HEAT button for three times, Choose High temperature function 60°C, the button will flash,
then press the ON/OFF button to enter program. Heating: Full power heated. Required water tempe

rature is maintained at 60°C (+/-2°C), the program will vary depending on the actual temperature
rise of independent heating. Pre-set Cooking time:30 minutes; Finish indicator The corresponding
indicator light flashing, and beeps 4 times. Return to function select.
Making Soup
Smooth Soups
•
Press “Smooth” button for one time, Choose High temperature function 100°C, the button will
flash, then press the ON/OFF button to enter program.
• Heating: Full power heated. Required water temperature is maintained at 80°C (+/-2°C), the pro-
gram will vary depending on the actual temperature rise of independent heating.
•
Pre-set Cooking time: 25 minutes; It will blend in the process.
•
Finish indicator: The corresponding indicator light flashes ,and beeps 4 times .
•
Heat preservation temperature will stay in 75 ~ 85 degrees.
• It will keep warm within 40 minutes. When ends, it will beep 4 times.
• Return to function select.
