SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these operating instructions carefully before setting up and using
the device. Safe and effective use of the device can only be achieved if the
device is properly set up, maintained and used. Make sure that all persons
using this device are aware of the warnings and safety instructions.

Watch your body‘s signals. Incorrect or excessive training can be harmful
to health. Stop training immediately if you notice any of the following sym-
ptoms: Chest pain/narrow feeling, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness
of breath, signs of light drowsiness, dizziness or nausea. If you experience
any of these symptoms, you should consult a doctor before continuing
training.

This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
impaired physical, sensory or mental abilities or for lack of experience
and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed by a person
responsible for their safety how to use the equipment. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
CAUTION
Risk of injury! The unit is not anchored in the ground. It may
not be used like a swing or seesaw, it could tip over.

Make sure that the device is used by only one person at a time.
•
Make sure there is a clearance of at least 2 meters around the unit.
•
Place the unit on a dry and even surface.
•
Before each workout, make sure that all screws and fasteners are properly
tightened.
•
The safety of the device can only be guaranteed if it is regularly maintai-
ned and checked for any damage or signs of wear and tear.
