Assembly - Step 3

Connect pedal (L49/R81) to the pedal rod assembly (L49/R71) separately with pedal bolt (52), flat

washer (50) and loose-proofed nut (51).

Fasten the left pedal rod cover (47) and right pedal rod cover (48) to the pedal rod assembly with cross

pan head screw (46).

Connect the well assembled pedal rod to the main frame with D washer (20), spring washer and hex bolt

(18). Then, press the sphere cap (17) to the hex bolt (18).

Fix the well assembled pedal rod (L/R) to the crank with pedal bolt (L/R), waving washer (59), spring

washer (60) and loose-proofed nut (61). At last press the sphere cap (86) to the hex bolt (61).
