Warranty and Customer Service
Dear customer,
We thank you for the confidence you have placed in us and are supplying you with an instrument which is in
keeping with the state of the art and which has been tested prior to shipping as part of quality control checks
to ensure that it is in proper working order.
This instruction manual has been carefully prepared and contains information to ensure that the instrument is
used safely. Nevertheless, should any errors have slipped through or if any information is missing, we kindly ask
you to inform us of this.
This instruction manual is protected by copyright and is intended exclusively for persons operating the instru-
ment and their personnel. The contents may only be duplicated for in-company use. Any forwarding to third
parties is subject to written approval.
WARRANTY
This warranty covers the material and finishing for one year following the date of original supply. No warranty
claims can be entertained if the housing is damaged or altered, the instrument has been put to improper use
or repaired by any other party. The instrument shall be returned with all the items originally supplied and in the
original packaging. The proof of purchase and delivery note shall be enclosed when returning the instrument to
the dealer or to KLAPP Cosmetics GmbH. KLAPP Cosmetics GmbH will not bear the transport costs nor will
it accept any liability for transport damage. Any complaints regarding such damage shall be addressed to the
transport company.
